1. Create an account
Use an email address to create an account at NSYSU online application system. The application system is not available all the time, but only for application period (Fall: January 15th to March 15th/ Spring: August 1st to September 30th). Application received after the deadline will not be processed.

2. Upload all required document 

Please complete application procedure online, upload all required document (and press "Submit". Remember to check your "Data Audit" status, and follow the comments on the page.

3. Inquiry 
OIA does not accept any documents submitted in hard copy form (except recommendation letters).
