摘要:
A company that wants to be fit for the future must adapt its business model to industry 4.0. This lecture gives an overview what is understood under Industry 4.0, how a business model is defined in Industry 4.0 context, how this definition for a business model can be applied for a product in consumer goods industry and how a company has to set up an Industry 4.0 strategy for its internal processes and tools that the new business model can work.
