Unleash your potential and revolutionize the Industry 4.0 era with BASF! The BASF “GROW Graduate Program”
is aligned with BASF Group Strategy “We Create Chemistry", to accelerate a sustainable talent pipeline at the entry level.

Our tailored program is designed to identify and develop enthusiastic young talents and help them to discover the world of BASF.
In 24 months, you will experience 3 to 4 job rotations based at BASF Changhua site, the heart of E-TPU production site in Taiwan.
You will walk through the systematic and guided work assignments. In hopes to build more development opportunities in business knowledge,
diverse learning experiences and interactions with colleagues and clients globally.
 

We invite Engineering graduates from fields like Process Technology, Automation Technology, Electro-technology,
Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or of related discipline to join us.

Our expectations:

• Fresh graduates with Bachelor's or Master's Degree in relevant Engineering field
• Developed digital skills in digital storage, transformation, and analysis
• Demonstrates high interest in digital transformation (Industry 4.0) of production and manufacturing
• Basic programming skill (Python) - Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office software like Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint etc.)
• Excellent communication skill and fluent in English
