注意事項 Guideline for Seminar session

演講地點：機電大樓工學院會議廳（工EN2028）。
Lecture location: College of Engineering Conference Hall 2028 (EN2028).
演講時間：週四下午2:10~3:50。
Lecture time: 2:10-3:50 pm on Thursdays.
每場皆須參加，學期最終成績將根據最高的13 次筆記得分的平均數確定，超出要求的13 節課後每出席一次筆記成績加2 分。
Students must attend all sessions. Your final grade for the semester will be determined by the average score of your highest 13 notes. If you attend more than the required 13 classes, you will receive an additional 2 points for each extra attendance.
如有其他正當或不可抗力因素導致全學期無法出席達13次，學生需於該堂課前寫email向TA及任課老師說明並出示本校假單及相關附件。
If a student misses 13 classes in a semester for valid reasons, they must email the TAs and the class instructor before class, explaining the situation and attaching the leave form from the school system and other documents.
出缺席次數及請假之正當性由任課老師認定，如有異議需於期末成績公布五個工作天內向TA回報。
The instructor decides attendance and leaves legitimacy. For disputes, students must contact the TA within five working days after grades are posted.
本所研究生均必修「書報討論」兩學期。
All postgraduate students in our institute are required to take Seminar sessions for two semesters.
請自行攜帶筆記稿(置於系網頁)，演講結束後當場繳交，課程助教(TA) 陳裕澍、葉尚融彙整，作為評分及出席依據。
Please download your notes from the website and submit them to the TAs after the lecture for grading and attendance.
演講場地及設備由本課程教學助教負責處理，且該場內禁止飲食。
The lecture venue and equipment are handled by the TAs. Eating and drinking are prohibited inside the venue.
